Terms and conditions

What applies when you buy a ticket. Written to be read, not to be clicked past.

Your ticket

A ticket admits one person to the day or the weekend printed on it. You can pass it on, but reselling it above the ticket price is not allowed; a ticket we find on a resale platform can be voided.

Your ticket is a code. Anyone holding that code can get in, so treat the link and the QR like cash and do not post them publicly.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT, and you see what you pay before you pay it. Your order is confirmed once the payment has arrived; until then we only hold the tickets for a few minutes. The confirmation and the tickets come by e-mail.

No fourteen-day cooling-off period

Tickets for an event on a specific date fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling (Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). So a ticket cannot be returned because you changed your mind.

If the festival does not go ahead, you get the ticket price back. If we move it, your ticket stays valid for the new date; if that date does not suit you, ask us for the ticket price back. A change to the line-up or the timetable is not a cancellation: there is still a festival, even when a band drops out.

On the grounds

One valid ticket is one person. We can refuse anyone, or ask them to leave, who puts other people at risk, and following the crew’s instructions is part of the deal. Doors, start and end times are our best estimate and can shift.

Liability

You come at your own risk. Live music is loud; bring hearing protection. Our liability is limited to the ticket price, except where the law does not allow that — for injury or death caused by our fault it is not limited at all.

Your data

Buying a ticket takes a name and an e-mail address, and we use them for this order and nothing else. Our privacy policy is in the footer and explains the rest.
